All Texas counties are divided into precincts. Precincts are neighborhoods of no more than 5k voters. Why are precincts necessary? So that Precinct Chairs of both Parties can effectively organize voters. Have you been contacted by the Precinct Chair of your Party of choice? If not – it’s time you contact them.
